The cartoon promoting Kellogg's Rice Bubbles, Bran Flakes and All Wheat Biscuits is "by Vivian". Ronald Charles Vivian (1914-1973) drew political cartoons and comics for the Daily Telegraph, and illustrations for the Australian Women's Weekly and other Consolidated Press publications. Vivian also drew Ginger Meggs after Jim Banks's death in 1952 until his own death in 1973. The advertisement is coded "CF52-11", possibly suggesting the cartoon was drawn November 1952.
