First Line: As Jillian Russell walked home to her flat, she had no idea of the speed with which her present quiet existence would be shattered.
Synopsis: Jill's sister asks her to come run their hotel in Delby, "The Jolly Fisherman", so she can accompany Jim who has been offered a role in a Hollywood film. While running the hotel, Jill helps hide an escaped prisoner who claims he is innocent of the manslaughter charges for which he was convicted.
