The Trigger Twins
Trigger Twins [Walt Trigger; Wayne Trigger]
Before Wayne can switch clothes back to his storekeeper identity, the Twins rescue a boy from a burning hotel. The kid follows Wayne, his new hero - even as Wayne races off in a stagecoach after outlaws. He and the boy are trapped in a cave, and Wayne must sneak out to to bag the outlaws, then sneak back in. Maybe the smoke made the kid see double. "There is only one Sheriff Walt Trigger!"

Strong Bow
Before Spaniards introduced horses, Strong Bow finds raiders riding antelopes (pronghorns) to loot villages. He trips up the raiders, but one Indian chief is in on the racket, and Strong Bow is trapped. He rides the side of an antelope and sparks "magic liquid" (oil) to trap the raiders in a cave with fire. The antelope raiders are captured, and Strong Bow moves on.

Lt Dan Foley is pulled of his current assignment, finding rifles stolen by Indians, and ordered to protect an archaeologist digging at a mesa. Comanches arrive and the heroes run. But the archaeologist insists on returning for his "most precious discovery", so they crawl back. Dan is captured and fights until the 5th Cavalry arrives. And they find the stolen rifles. The discovery that almost cost their lives? A reindeer bone that proves "the Ojibway Indians crossed the Humboldt River before 1250!"

Johnny Thunder
Johnny Thunder; Swift Deer
Schoolmaster John Tane (JT's secret identity) is offered a bonnet as honorary chief for his schooling of Swift Deer. But he must earn the honor with a great deed. Dumping leaves to make smoke, he switches to JT. He first stops a buffalo stampede by bulldogging the leader, then beats down a Sioux war party's leader. The tribe believes he disappeared by magic and turned back the buffalo and Sioux, so John Tane earns his war bonnet.
