The battle for Wakanda continues. The Radioactive Man attempts to destroy Wakanda's Vibranium mound. Klaw takes Ramonda hostage. The Black Panther takes the fight to Niganda and M'Butu. And, the U.S. sends in "Deathloks", military cyborgs created from deceased U.S. soldiers.

The Black Panther saves his mother and kills Klaw. Shuri stops the Radioactive Man from destroying the Vibranium mound, and the whole of Wakanda, by killing him with the Black Knight's Ebony Blade. The Cannibal takes control of T'Shan's body. The "Deathlok" cyborgs help defeat the remaining invaders and the U.S. offers to have them stay, but T'Challa makes the U.S. government send them home.
