First Line:
Thing about clearing land, Mr. Free, is there's always brambles or a taprooted stump that will resist the inevitable force that is your intent.
Synopsis:
Translator Mickey Free tries to stir up trouble, but Oliver Howard, driven by his own Christian commitment, manages to negotiate peace with most of the Apache. They glumly expect very little good from the treaty, but have come to recognize that continued war only means the deaths of their children and their people.
