Plastic surgery makes her beautiful, but she thinks Glenn only pitied her before. Calling herself Jean, she meets Glenn at a ski resort and makes him fall in love with her. Noreen reveals her true identity and Glenn says "Noreen was a selfish, bitter girl." He prefers the new Jean, and "it wasn't your new face that I fell in love with!" Noreen promises to be more like Jean from now on.
