Jennifer Burke, the new Ms. Victory, and Colt separately search for Burke's mother, Joan Wayne, the previous Miss Victory who is now Femforce renegade Rad. Successfully concocting a new youth restorative, V-50, for her unknown benefactor, Joan is shocked when her old WWII nemesis, Lady Luger, uses it to become young again and begin her long-time plan of revenge against her.
