Challengers of the Unknown
Challengers of the Unknown [Ace Morgan; Rocky Davis; Prof Haley; Red Ryan]; Tino Manarry; Legion of the Weird [Mistress Vera Wycker; Count Karnak; Madoga; Hordred; Kaftu]; Tukamenon; Om
The Challengers fly to a kidnapped Tino, aided by Red's ability to see what Tino sees, while the unseen Om, "Master of the Netherworlds," watches the Legion. First the Challs must face the reluctant mummy Tukamenon. The Challs feign death, and Tukamenon, freed of his servitude, rushes to kill Kaftu. Three Challs rush in claiming the mummy killed Prof! Maddok appears, claiming to be a messenger of Om, and throws a flash bomb, exposing that he is Prof. The Legion begs Om to save them. Om whisks the castle away, leaving the Challs behind, with Tino and Red's sight no longer mystically linked.
