'Villians" is how the villains spell it. The Green Man looks like the Jolly Green Giant and has growth powers. Sir Sand has the same basic powers as Spider-Man's Sandman villain, and is called Sandman in one panel, though he doesn't look the same. The Marvel character first appears in Amazing Spider-Man #4 (September 1963), while this issue is dated October 1963. So this is apparently just a coincidence.
