Richie Rich; Gloria Glad; bus driver; bus passengers; Ritzby; Rodney Van Snoots; Rodney's sister; medic; laundress; Hootsby; Mayor Van Snoot; Humphrey; Richard Rich; unnamed Native Americans
Richie and Gloria are invited to visit Rodney Van Snoot in his home town of Snobsdale. Everyone in the town is wary of outsiders, citing the germs and dirt they may bring. After several insults and implications that he and Gloria aren't good enough for the people of Snobsdale, Richie leaves with the desire to take the townspeople down a notch or two. Richie then learns that his ancestor was granted the land in 1710 by the Snobsdale Indians and that the land was deeded to Richie when he was a baby. He then outrages the Snobsdale citizens by giving the land back to the Indians.
