R.T.T. # 4-545
Many close up panels of faces with large noses and ears, and people bending and running are Sparky Moore signs. Only Dan Spiegle is credited to Rin Tin Tin in Jerry Bails' Who's Who, but he seems to appear just in one or two panels in one story in #35.

Many close up views of faces with large noses and ears, and motionless lips are all signs of Sparky Moore. He is the sole artist on Rin Tin Tin, not Dan Spiegle as credited in Jerry Bails' Who's Who.
