Richie lends Gloria and her uncle a plane so that they can collect wild flowers from the jungles of Sarkhan. As they reach the area, their plane is shot down by soldiers in the jungle. Richie, having tracked them on radar, immediately deploys another plane to rescue them. Speaking with the Prime Minister of Sarkhan, he learns that the area is in the middle of a militant attack. Richie parachutes in, taking with him a variety of toys and gadgets that were in the cargo hold of his plane. As he makes landfall, he immediately comes under fire, but eludes the militants.

Richie reunites with Gloria and her uncle in the jungles of Sarkhan as the bombs and gunfire of a local war explode around them. Using some handy toys in his backpack, Richie leads them out of harm's way, but they are stopped by soldiers of Sarkhan, who think Richie and his friends might be spies. When they again come under fire, they are allowed to head home in Richie's toy plane.
