To the lifeboat, Richie! The heavy gold cargo we're carrying will take her to the bottom!
After Mr. Rich tells a story about Richie being rescued from a sinking cargo ship carrying gold, Mr. Rich plans on raising the ship, but does not have a way to do it at the moment. Richie decides to check on the ship in his mini-submarine to ensure that no crooks gain access to it. Richie ends up in a giant-sized bubble and later gets followed by a shark.

The trail leads to the arrest of a crook, a man's wallet which fell down the grating (and earned her $5 as a reward), and eventually home, but the cause of the yellow trail was actually Mr. Polka's leaking paint can.
