There is one problem: he forgot to drain the pool and paint the inside, so Richie finished the task and Mr. Woody got the credit.

But Gloria clarifies her refusal to accept luxury gifts, and when Richie comes over and offers to store his luxury items in her house, she is so embarrassed. To make up for it, he offers a diamond and gold jewel box filled with bubble gum - the latter of which Gloria cannot resist.
