Connie goes there with Emily, who loves James, and her father’s campaign manager Jack. Connie gives up James to atone for her actions, and leaves with Jack, who loves her.

Synopsis: Mona goes to a mountain cabin to work on her latest love novel. She thinks Lance is a hobo and agrees to give him a meal; afterwards, he says he doesn’t think much of her work. He kisses her and she slaps him, and he says she has “ all the wrong reactions.” They fall in love but Mona’s press agent arrives and says it would be bad publicity if she married a hobo. The arrival of another man clears it up: Lance is a famous artist, not a hobo. Mona says “I don’t care what you are!” They will be wed.
