The Crypt of Terror
Buck and Roy are two good friends gone bad. As a former pilot and bombardier pairing, they were accustomed to a well-defined division of duties. After the war, they went into business together and their relationship soured. Roy murders Buck and uses his old bombardier skills to drop Buck's body directly on the spot where the borders of four states meet. This way, the arguments over jurisdiction will delay his arrest indefinitely. But, dead or not, Buck still has a say in how things turn out for Roy.

The Crypt of Terror
A tale with a classic switch. A game show challenges people to guess the occupation of their special guest. We're slowly led to believe he's a vampire, but he only manufactures red ink! Too bad for him that the contestants ARE vampires.

The Witch's Cauldron
Eric, an art dealer, makes a fascinating discovery when he moves into a boarding house. Three old ladies who live there spend their time making tapestries. One in particular catches Eric's eye - a macabre work the women made after witnessing a gory accident. Eric sells the tapestry for a fortune and contrives to have the woman present at other "accidents" so they will be inspired to create even more valuable works. But, it turns out that Eric himself inspires them a little more than he planned.

Crime SuspenStories
Harry's wife Edith is missing so he hires his old friend, private eye Gregg, to find her. Gregg stumbles upon a book that depicts the very same situation, with the book's private eye being murdered by the man who hired him. With a chill, Gregg realizes he's being set up the same way and readies to defend himself from Harry. When a shadowy figure approaches him, Gregg shoots to kill, only to discover it was Edith that he shot. You see, it WAS a set-up. Harry wanted Edith out of the way, so he ensured Gregg would find the book and react the way he did.

Crime SuspenStories
Pop loves his son, Richie. But, Richie ends up in a shootout with another criminal and kills the other man. Richie is badly wounded, however, and Pop rushes him to the hospital where Pop is the resident repairman. While Richie is undergoing emergency surgery, Pop decides to take the blame for the other man's death by recording a confession onto a dictaphone. Richie ends up dying on the operating table and Pop is distraught that his false confession was all for nothing. What Pop doesn't realise until later, though, is that there was a power outage earlier and the dictaphone was inactive.

Crime SuspenStories
In order to get their hands on an inheritance, Mortie and Helen murder Helen's husband, Jasper, and freeze his body so that he'll still be alive when his mother passes away. When the old lady dies, they produce Jasper's body soon after and try to pass him off as only recently deceased. But, it turns out that Jasper had eaten oysters in his last meal. And oysters haven't been in season for months.

Crime SuspenStories
With the police in hot pursuit, a killer seeks refuge in an old lady's apartment. When a knock on her door comes, the killer holds a knife to her throat and coaches her on what to say when the people on the other side of the door ask her if she's all right. That was a big mistake, though, because the police soon barge in and capture the killer. How did they know he was there? The old lady is deaf!
