Richie's Mean Cousin Reggie
Reggie Van Dough; Freckles Friendly; Pee Wee Friendly; Reginald Van Dough, Sr.
Reggie tries to fool Freckles and Pee Wee by making them think he's shredding money, but intended to shred play money. Reggie realized he shredded his stack of real money, which was discovered by his father. As punishment, Reggie loses his allowance indefinitely until his father forgives him, prompting Reggie to do good things for his father in order to win back his allowance.
