The Sewer Keeper, the Garbage Keeper and the Old Hag take turns telling the story. They all get sick while doing so. A vampire lady and a ghoul fall in love with each other, but get marooned and start to starve. The ghoul eats himself and the vampire drains herself of all her blood.
