Writer credit verified according to the Who's Who. According to the Who's Who, the only writer of the Secret Stamp in 1942 was Stan Lee, so question mark removed.

The Masterworks edition lists the writer as Stan Lee ?, penciler as Bob Oksner & unknown, and inker as unknown.

Don Rico did illustrate the Secret Stamp in 1942 (pencil and ink), but this story was done in 1941 to appear in the January, 1942 issue of Captain America (#22). Vince Alascia did not work on this strip according to the Who's Who.
