The faces and especially the hats in front view points to Tom Cooke. And one thing that we only find on his art, the peculiar scrolls in the ears in sideview, panel five on page seven. His horses are very crude, but here we don't have so many to look at. He is credited unconfirmed in Jerry Bails' Who's Who on pencil.
