However, the indicia is unchanged from the original "Batman No. 122, March 1959" (except for addition of 1977 copyright year).
There are 6 issues in the series: Batman #122, Batman #123, Superman #97, Superman #113, Wonder Woman #60, and Wonder Woman #62.
According to Comic Reader #152, these Pizza Hut editions were actually first made available on January 2, 1978. Promotional giveaway status confirmed by Michael Catron, 6/19/2006.

The thief has by then pocketed the difference in price.
