Synopsis: Urplötzlich taucht ein viktorianisches Haus mitten in der Wüste auf. Ein Landstreicher findet es zuerst und lädt prominente Bürger zu einer Einweihungsparty ein. Auch Clark Kent und Barbara Gordon sind mit von der Partie. Als es zu ungewöhnlichen Gewaltausbrüchen kommt untersuchen Superman und Batgirl die Vorfälle und entdecken, daß Doktor Horus vor 100 Jahren in dieses Haus verbannt worden war und er mit gewaltigen Psycho-Kräften die Menschen manipuliert.
