After Captain Marvel defeats Mr. Mind's monsters, the villain escapes to China where his Japanese allies Doctors Hashi, Smashi, and Peeyu animate the Great Wall and turn it against the Chinese army. Billy is captured again and Mr. Mind spins a cocoon around him which prevents him from speaking his magic word.
