There is no consensus among art-spotters as to the art credits for this cover. DC credits this cover to Neal Adams (pencils) and Murphy Anderson (inks) in Jimmy Olsen: Adventures by Jack Kirby (DC, 2003 series) #2 and Jack Kirby's Fourth World Omnibus (DC, 2007 series) #3. However, the checklist at nealadams.com specifically denies that credit. That Murphy Anderson at least inked the Superman and Jimmy Olsen figures is generally agreed. Carmine Infantino may have laid out the cover or fully pencilled it. Bob Oksner or Dick Giordano may have fully pencilled the cover or worked from Infantino's layout. Oksner and Giordano may be resonsible in either of those ways for everything but the Superman and Jimmy Olsen figures. The Superman and Jimmy Olsen figures my have been pencilled by Anderson or by Jack Kirby. Anderson may have inked Oksner's or Giordano's contributions (as well as the two figures), or Oksner or Giordano may have inked their part of the cover.
