Originally credited to Clem Weisbecker, but it is not him. Comparing with his signed story in Black Hood Comics #9, this Nyoka story lack all of his heavy black inking and faces with big eyes and skewed, gaping mouth, and has none of his swift movements of figures. Neither is it Harry Anderson as in the two first chapters.
