Synopsis: The Punisher kills Stilt-Man and then starts searching for the bad guy who is supplying new tech to super villains. Bridge is tapped by Sitwell to bring in the Punisher and ends up resigning his position in SHIELD so he can do things outside of the law. Punisher rescues Spidey from Jester and Jack O'Lantern which brings him into contact with Cap and the hero resistance in the Civil War.
