A mysterious super-powered boy with amnesia crash lands on Earth. Superman calls him Skyboy, and builds a strong relationship with him, seeing him as a companion similar to the Batman and Robin team. Meanwhile, Batman's doubts grow as he finds fingerprint clues pointing to Skyboy as the villain behind a series of super-crimes. As Skyboy's memory returns, he is able to lead them to the thieves' base and reveals that everyone on his planet, Kormo, has the same fingerprints.
