Du Bois introduced Tommy Frayne & White Wind in Chuckwagon Charley's Tales episode #4, the which appears in Animal Comics #30.

Script credit confirmed as per page 6 , Gaylord Du Bois's Account Books Sorted by Title compiled from the original account books by Randall W. Scott (1985).

This was the eighth Chuckwagon Charley episode, and last one earmarked in the Account Books as being written for Animal Comics (which was canceled with issue #30).
