He takes MJ out to Time Square but a sniper starts shooting and forces him into action but he feels helpless to assist. Parker decides to give up being Spider-Man once more. Meanwhile Ned explains that he believes Charlemagne has returned and is killing ex-KGB agents. Jonah phones Parker to offer him a job.
