Lex Luthor's campaign for good continues, leading up to his wedding to his new love. But when Superman gives the bride a good luck kiss, they both disappear. Only then do we learn that this whole plan was created by Luthor to trap Superman. He even had his own memories wiped of the plan. Superman escapes, but Luthor is overcome with grief, as his plan didn't take into account that he would truly fall in love.
