The Hood discovers a little about the Punisher's operations and the fact that he has a tech man helping him out thanks in part to the fact that he has a familiar tech man of his own; The Punisher busts up an organ harvesting operation run by the Hand but a SWAT team moves in on him quickly; As Henry directs Frank into the sewers to escape, he discovers that the SWAT team is actually made up of the Hood's goons.

The Punisher is trapped in the sewers by the Hood's men but quickly turns the tables and makes short work of them; Tired of being foiled in his quest to take down the Punisher, the Hood sends Grizzly to take out Henry; Henry evades the villain and, when Frank makes it back to base, they decide to take the fight directly to the Hood; The Punisher suits up with stolen villain hardware for the battle; Microchip informs the Hood that the Punisher is coming.
