Synopsis: L'Uomo Ragno scontrandosi con l'Uomo Lupo viene ferito ed è costretto a ritirarsi. Jonah Jameson raggiunge il figlio che gli spiega che la strana pietra, portata dalla luna e che non riesce più a togliere dal collo, a ogni luna piena lo trasforma in un lupo mannaro. John subisce una nuova trasformazione aggredendo la propria fidanzata, Kristine ma l'Uomo Ragno interviene e strappandogli di forza la pietra dal collo lo riporta alla normalità.

Synopsis: L'Avvoltoio ritorna in scena e dopo essersi scontrato con l'Uomo Ragno rapisce Mary Jane. Peter salva la ragazza che ha assistito ad un omicidio, poi alla ricerca del suo nemico ritrova l'Avvoltoio mentre sta assalendo un assistente di un laboratorio universitario. Durante la battaglia l'Avvoltoio afferra il nostro eroe e dopo averlo trascinato in alto lo lancia nel vuoto. Intanto Harry, che scopriamo essere a conoscenza che il padre è stato Goblin, convinto che l'Uomo Ragno lo abbia ucciso, medita vendetta.
