Synopsis: Fagan offers Mayor Pickard of Red Rock $5,000 to clear a Mexican village for a new train line. The coversation is overheard and the villagers prepare to defend their homes, but Miguel inflames the situation by kidnapping the Mayor's son and provides some legal grounds for the villagers to be expelled at no cost. Ringo secures the Sheriff's agreement to investigate.
