This publisher, mostly known by the acronym CAP (Centre Audiovisuel de Production), was founded by Jean Carton, and went through several names at different times, namely: Côte d'Azur Publications; Neptune; Ciel; Sedem; Création Art Presse (CAP); Loempia; Magic Strip (not to be confused with the Belgian publisher http://www.xowcomics.com/publisher_detail.htm?publisher_id=7103) and finally IPM (International Presse Magazine) after the death of its founder.
