Stormguards ambush the two Superboys and teleport Clark away! Black Zero tells Conner-Superboy that on this world, Superman died too and a clone-Superboy was made, who grew to adulthood. Battling supervillains, many civilians and superheroes died, causing Congress and the people to demand Cadmus close. This Superman became Black Zero, Cadmus his fortress, and cloned Guardians and the remaining heroes his army. He conquered his world and plans to take all where genetix clones are in danger. Superboy scoffs that Superman would stop him. Black Zero shows a chamber hatching dozens of Doomsdays!
