Synopsis:
Lynch tries to get rid of Fairchild by using a printing. Helspont whisks Caitlin off in the Helspontmobile. Rainmaker, shackled to a pillar in Central Park, has caused the weather to go nuts. Lynch reveals himself to be the villain Tao and he uses his powers of persuasion to compel Freefall to kill Sarah. Caitlin and Helspont show up to stop her but Helspont reveals his true colors as he battles Tao for the privilege of using Rainmaker to create a super hurricane that will destroy the world. Tao takes out Helspont before he is outwitted himself by the intellectual powers of--Grunge?
