Disclose Notes: Per the promotional advertisement found at the bottom 1/3 page of the "Let's Rap with Cap" letters page in Captain America (Marvel, 1968 series) #170 (February 1974), on sale date was November 13 which would have been in 1973. Promo also listed it as issue #17, but story mentioned appeared in this issue and there is no issue #17 Special Marvel Edition. The title became became Master of Kung Fu (1974 series) with #17.

In New York, Shang-Chi is tracked down by his childhood friend M'nai, now known as Midnight, an assassin in the service of Fu Manchu. He means to kill Shang-Chi, and out of respect for their shared history, Shang-Chi holds back. When Shang-Chi finally engages Midnight with his full power, Midnight plunges to his death.

The colleges he has lectured at are Iowa State, Bennington College, Allegheny, Montana State, the University of Delaware and Northwestern University just to name a few.
