Word balloon on page 3, lower right, is altered (both in text and direction) so that instead of coming from Reed Richards (as in Fantastic Four #89), it comes from Ben Grimm. This was done to cover up the unexplained arrival of The Thing in this story (in FF #89) when he was not present at the end of the previous issue (FF #88).
