When a storm blows them off-course, Vikings find an Amerindian boy floating in a raft. They take him in and he becomes a member of their band. They spend the next decade brutally raiding towns and monasteries, looting and killing. One day, they attack the wrong monastery, as an unexpected mystical power fights back.
