The Ringmaster has hit tough times and tries to earn some money with his circus. One of the acts is the Dragon Man. One day Bruce Banner is in the audience. The Ringmaster sees this as an opportunity for revenge, and sets the Dragon Man on him. However the creature turns against its master and the plan fails completely.
