Synopsis: Eddie Brock has transformed into Anti-Venom and the two battle through the FEAST building. Spidey arrives and tries to engage the two combatants while Martin Li and Aunt May get the homeless to safety. Menace attacks Bill Hollister. Spidey sets his camera to take pics while he leaps between Venom and Anti-Venom once again. Anti-Venom uses his new powers to try and "cure" Mac Gargan of his alien infection. He then turns his attention to Spidey and begins to remove the spider induced radiation, from his blood. Norman finds Spider-Man's camera snapping pictures on a nearby rooftop.
