Synopsis: Tony confesses to Samson that he has been talking to ghosts but the good Doctor has a reasonable explanation. Maya calls Kooning to demand to know why he ordered her to remove the fail safes on the Extremis project but he has no idea what she is talking about. Tem explains that he is the one who has been giving the orders because he wants to use Extremis to wipe out over 97% of the earth's population. Iron Man learns from Kooning that Maya is still alive and has been working on Extremis for the government. Iron Man hightails it to Omaha as he quickly realizes that Tem is really the Mandarin.
