On their way to Nazi Germany, the Allies run into an enemy battleship and proceed to destroy it. However, their sub runs low on oxygen, so they proceed to jettison themselves from the sub and are picked up by a German battleship. Arriving in Germany, they disembark, the Nazis not knowing that one of the Young Allies has armed a time bomb aboard the ship to go off at 9:00 PM!

Arriving in Berlin, the boys head for the famed school for sabotage and are greeted by their teacher, who involves them in session three: how to blow up an American arsenal. When Tubby asks an embassassing question the teacher can't answer, he becomes flustered. Then the boys are ordered onto the drill yard, where Hitler himself will inspect them.

The Young Allies arrive on the drill grounds and stand in the back of a large crowd of soldiers who face Adolf Hitler. When everyone salutes the Führer, Toro tosses a few fire balls at him, giving him a hot foot! When Hitler displays horror at the violence that ensues, the boys invite the Führer inside, where they give him the beating of his life. Then they escape and pile up tons of explosives in the cellar, set the fuse and escape before it blows up.

The Young Allies get Togo to confess that there are two plastic jewels he made himself that, if placed within 25' of the Doom Magnet, will eliminate the rays which will cause the magnet to blow up and destroy itself. He further identifies two places: Death Valley and New York, where the jewels can be found. When the boys leave to track down the jewels, Togo sends his men after them to eliminate them before they can succeed in their task.

The team assigned to find the jewel in Death Valley has succeeded and brings the jewel to the home of Togo, when the Doom Magnet is located, and where the other Young Allies members have returned to from New York. They discover that Togo has a rocket ship ready to take off in order to avoid the doom awaiting America. But quick thinking averts to doom intended upon America and Togo takes the honorable way out by committing suicide.
